COMBAT GUIDE

Opening sequence: your first moves

Level 60 · dual-wield Combat · Sinister Strike builder · one sustained melee target

  1. Approach with a full energy bar so Poised can prime the first energy spend.
  2. Build an initial combo point with Sinister Strike and establish Slice and Dice early.
  3. Keep attacking in melee while you build the points for the next finisher.

What to use next

  • Check Slice and Dice duration before committing points to damage.
  • Use Eviscerate when the attack-speed buff has comfortable time remaining and you have points to spend.
  • At the combo-point cap, choose the finisher appropriate to the buff timer before another builder.
PATCH NOTES

What changed

Poised is a Forever passive learned at level 18. Reaching maximum energy out of combat prepares a 10-energy discount on the next energy ability.
